Procedure and Conditions:
- The customer provides us their jewellery specifications and requirements.
- Once the supplier confirms the specific customer jewellery is available and that the customer agrees with the jewellery specifications and price, an invoice will be issued to the customer for the payment of a non-refundable 30% deposit.
- Prices for pre-orders vary per jewellery category and quality which ranges from $95- $99/gram for 18k fine gold jewellery and up to $110/gram for 21k. All prices are subject to change without prior notice as the market gold rate changes.
- Allow 2-3 weeks for the shipping and handling of pre-ordered products.
- Discounts do not apply to pre-ordered products and only apply to products in stock.
- All sales are considered final with no returns and no exchange.
